Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to request a refund for the services provided within 30 Days after providing reasonable cause for the refund for the services provided.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 30 days from the date you received the services.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the Refund Request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The Services were requested in the last 30 days.

• The Services were not delivered as per commitment.

The following Services cannot be Refunded:

• The supply of Services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of Services which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example Services provided over 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
